In December 2013, he led the Pantera due diligence on the third largest venture deal in bitcoin/blockchain to that point.

Co-founding advisor and/or angel investor to (Rightster, Sportev, Tritto) with 1 IPO and 1 Trade Sale. Angel in Citymapper and Pusher. Advisor to Evolven (Pitango, Index) and ClusterHQ. Advised Radiant Minds (Atlassian) and Acunu (Apple). Closed enterprise software deals from $50k for pre release software to $7.25m for an enterprise license. Richard wouldn’t dare to claim he is a sales professional, but believes in leading from the coal face. Negotiated intricate contracts with AT&T, Interoute, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Cap Gemini, Morgan Stanley, Wachovia amongst many others. While representing Orchestream at the IETF in late 90’s, secured inbound OEM agreement with Intel for COPS protocol stack. Well over €100m in venture and public capital raised from Accel, Apax, Celtic House, Intel Capital, Deutsche Bank and Atlas.
